Nikki Huddleston

Nikki Huddleston is Chief Operating Officer at CMD9. Nikki has eight years progressive experience in effectuating contractual success in managed and value based payer programs. Nikki’s past roles included Executive and Director level program management for groups, Accountable Care Organizations, and other key accountable duties.

Nikki’s expertise brings solid analytic review of managed care performance, MCO contracting and negotiation, and metric based and definitive value programming that supports contract success or so defines contracts in negotiation. Nikki has demonstrated expertise in operationalizing and scaling performance, including a national customer clientele.

Nikki is especially well versed in aggregations, ACO and value/risk contract operations and compliance with contract rules (such as how information solves for metrics and an understanding of numerators and denominators), deadlines and organizational persistency and consistency. Nikki is largely responsible for analytics, “deep dive” analytics and interpretation for client use, in concert with client.
